As an account manager, I bring a diverse background in sales, customer service, and hands-on operations. My experience includes working with Cutco, McDonald’s, and Walmart, where I developed strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to perform in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
A long-term goal of business ownership drives me, and I continuously work to sharpen my skills in leadership, strategy, and client management to prepare to run my own company in the future. Outside of my professional life, I played basketball for 15 years, which helped develop my discipline, teamwork, and competitive mindset.
I also have a background in HVAC, which gives me a strong work ethic and hands-on problem-solving experience that I carry into my career today.
